Article on “Class Matters”

Summary: Hawaii state library officials are trying to prevent people from losing access to libraries by fighting against the shortage of staff and hours due to budget cuts.

This article is related to the theme of education because it is addressing issues related to the problem of not providing a sufficient amount of resources to everyone, especially those in need of more education which could improve the lifestyle and class of many by fulfilling a more educated perspective in our society. This will help change our society into a more open environment and encouraging people to use resources available to their own advantage. It will not only accommodate those who are able to use the library daily but also those who are working throughout the day and later hours can accommodate with their schedules too.
