Healthy Families relates to Class Matters
Healthy Families is a program designed to teach 10 to 12 year olds about nutrition with a focus on diabetes, childhood obesity, and cardiovascular disease prevention. The program also provides cheap and easy ways to stay fit through fun games, like Twister and jump roping.
This article is related to the theme of health that can be found in Class Matters. This program focuses on helping the people in the lower classes become educated about making healthier choices about diet and exercise. The program is aimed at pre-teens in an effort to start educating people earlier so that they can be more aware of their options in adulthood.
Great job! The information is useful and the video well produced and fun to watch.
